How to Stay Healthy and Save Time in College

I started working at a gymnastics place, full of children and their little germs. Today I wanted to share how I stay healthy in college using Centrum® MultiGummies®, and how I save time in my journey to health.

Eat Healthy & Meal Prep

Your health starts with what you're putting into your body. Good nutrition is essential to staying healthy. My time saving tip for eating healthy is to do all of your grocery shopping on a day where you have time available. Then, meal prep everything on a day when you have time. This makes everything so much easier if you are a busy college student like me.

Practice Good Hygiene

It's important to be washing all those germs off your body. This means regular showers, and washing your hands as much as possible. If you don't have access to a sink, it's a good idea to carry around hand sanitizer, that way you can clean your hands on the go.

Make Time for Regular Workouts

If you're short on time like most of us and don't have time for regular hour long workouts, apps that show you how to do 7 minute workouts are a great idea. There are tons of online programs that show you quick and easy workouts that you can do from home. I love doing 15 minute yoga workouts as well. Find something that works for you and your schedule.
